Payment and Shipping - Sales Tax:MODA Concepts is registered and located in Houston, Texas. A sales tax rate of 8.25% will be automatically added to your sales receipt if you are located in the state of Texas.
Accepted Payments include Visa, Master Card, Pay Pal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. Personal Checks: Please allow 7 days for checks to clear before item(s) are shipped. Orders placed by Money Order & Cashiers Check must be received within 5 business days before the item(s) are shipped. The billing and shipping address on all Credit Card orders must match. Please contact Moda Concepts directly to make special arrangements. Free - Ground Shipping and Handling to all orders within the 48 states (3-5 business days) on all orders over $100. For a limited time only! There will be a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping/handling on orders under $100. All PAID orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 72 Hrs Monday - Friday If for any reason a piece is out of stock, we will notify the customer to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow more time to ship larger order quantities. We offer expedited services such as UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for standard UPS expedited rates. Returns
We at Moda Concepts do whatever we can to ensure that your buying experience with us is a positive one. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the service you received. Therefore, we do allow a 10 day money back guarantee for any reason whatsoever! However a 10% restocking fee does apply. Here are the details:
-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team within 10 days of receipt of the item(s). As long as the item(s) has not been worn, we will issue you an RMA number. An RMA number must be issued, or the package will be refused. This number must be displayed on the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all liability of the package. -The item(s) can ONLY be returned if it has never been worn, used, adjusted, or sized. If signs of wear are shown when the item is returned, we reserve the right to deny the return and have the item sent back to you. If a refund is requested
-After the product is received, the amount of the item price, (excluding shipping and a 10% restocking fee) will be credited to your account.
If an exchange is requested:
- We will process this exchange. If the exchange price is higher, we will charge your card for the difference. If the exchange price is lower, we will refund your card the difference. We also will charge a shipping fee to ship you the new item. (There is no restocking fee on exchanges) -When we receive this item, your card will be either charged or refunded the difference, and your new item will ship immediately. (There is no restocking fee on exchanges) If your item is defective, or becomes defective: -If your item(s) arrives defective, please contact us for an RMA number. We will issue you an RMA number, and have the product shipped back to us. At this point, you can either request a refund, a replacement, or exchange the items for another. You have 30 days to do so. -The items can ONLY be returned if it has never been worn, used, adjusted, or sized. If signs of wear are shown when the watch is returned, we reserve the right to deny the return and have the item(s) sent back to you. -After the defective product is received, we will refund your credit card for your purchase, replace your item, or exchange your item, whichever you so choose. -If you choose to exchange for another item, and the item price is higher, we will then charge your card for the difference. However, return shipping will NOT be charged to you. For watches: -If your watch becomes defective after wearing it, you must contact the manufacturer or use the warranty card you received with your purchase. We do not accept watches that have been worn, so you must send this watch to be repaired as stipulated by the warranty. Back to top
